Coordinate with technicians and monitor progress of service jobs.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service/repairs.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalate when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in customer handling role in automobile industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
