Job Description

Customer Interaction:

Greeting customers and actively listening to their vehicle concerns. Building rapport and establishing a positive customer relationship. Explaining vehicle issues and recommended repairs in a clear and understandable manner. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or complaints.

Service Coordination:

Scheduling appointments and managing service workflows. Preparing detailed repair orders and providing accurate cost estimates. Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs. Keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicle's service.

Technical Expertise:

Having a solid understanding of automotive systems and terminology. Identifying potential maintenance needs and recommending appropriate services. Recommending additional services and products to customers.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintaining accurate records of service activities. Processing payments and handling necessary paperwork. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
