Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow
Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle service requirements
Prepare repair orders and obtain necessary approvals from customers
Provide detailed cost estimates for maintenance and repairs
Communicate service status updates to customers regularly
Recommend additional services based on inspection or manufacturer guidelines
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Handle warranty and insurance-related documentation and claims
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
