Handle transactions

accurately using the POS system, including sales, returns, and exchanges.

Keep the sales area organized

and ensure products are well-presented and stocked.

Follow up with customers

to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Resolve customer complaints

or issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.

Collaborate with team members

to meet store goals and maintain a supportive environment.

Prepare and maintain sales reports

and customer records as needed.
