Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and technically knowledgeable

Service Advisor

with at least one year of experience in the automobile industry, preferably in two-wheeler servicing. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the customer and the workshop, ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery and complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs. Record customer complaints and prepare job cards accurately. Provide repair and service estimates, and explain service recommendations clearly. Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure prompt and quality service. Follow up on job progress and update customers on work status. Conduct final quality checks and ensure timely vehicle delivery. Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve any service-related issues. Promote value-added services, AMC packages, and accessories when appropriate. Maintain service records and documentation in the system. Ensure cleanliness and professional presentation of the service area.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in an automobile service advisor or related role. Diploma/ITI in Automobile Engineering or equivalent qualification preferred. Strong understanding of two-wheeler systems, parts, and service operations. Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office, DMS/ERP systems). Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
