Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally, building strong relationships to ensure repeat business. Listen carefully to customer concerns, document them accurately, and communicate effectively with technicians. Provide detailed explanations of required repairs, maintenance schedules, and service options. Prepare repair orders and obtain necessary customer approvals. Upsell additional services or repairs based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion and quality control. Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle service. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills. Maintain records of all service transactions for future reference. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and automotive regulations.
