Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our team at the Simple One EV Two-Wheeler Showroom in Kochi. As a Service Technician or Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service and support to our customers in the fast-growing electric vehicle industry.

Positions Available:

1. Service Technician

2. Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

For Service Technician:

Perform routine service, maintenance, and repair of EV two-wheelers. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools. Ensure timely and quality repairs. Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction.
For Service Advisor:

Greet and assist customers with their service needs. Schedule service appointments and manage work orders. Explain service procedures and costs to customers. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely delivery. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred (for Technicians). Good communication and customer handling skills (for Advisors). Basic knowledge of EV technology is an added advantage. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Passionate about electric vehicles and customer service.

Salary Package:

Attractive salary

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
