Job purpose:

To act as the communication bridge between customers and the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely service delivery of vehicles.

Key Responsibility:

1. Greet customers and understand their service requirements.

2. Create job cards and record vehicle complaints accurately.

3. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.

4. Explain service estimates, job scope, and delivery timelines to customers.

5. Conduct vehicle delivery and explain the work done.

6. Follow up for service feedback and maintain service history.

7. Upsell value-added services and AMC packages.

8. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalation.

9. Promote value-added services and AMC packages.

10. Ensure adherence to company and OEM service standards.

Qualification required:

Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering

6 months to 3 years of experience in a similar role in the auto industry

Familiarity with job card creation and workshop software

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Good technical knowledge of vehicles

Ability to multitask and handle pressure

. Basic understanding of service documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9000.00 - ₹15000.00 per month
