Royal Enfield PGS Motors is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their service needs, and coordinating with the workshop to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with service-related queries Create job cards and explain service details to customers Coordinate with technicians for timely job completion Maintain service records and follow up with customers Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and feedback

Requirements:

Graduate 1-2 years of experience in automobile servicing or customer handling Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge

Pay: ?9,999.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
