Greet customers warmly and understand their service/repair requirements for two-wheelers.
Open job cards and record complaints accurately.
Provide estimates for service and repairs (cost, time, and materials).
Explain service and repair details to customers and answer queries.
Coordinate with technicians and workshop team to ensure timely completion of service.
Conduct pre- and post-service inspections with the customer.
Keep the customer updated on service progress, delays, or additional work needed.
Ensure delivery of bikes after proper quality checks and washing.
Maintain up-to-date customer records and service history.
Handle customer complaints or escalate them appropriately.
Promote value-added services and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
Achieve monthly targets for service upsell and customer satisfaction.
Follow safety, cleanliness, and company standards in the service area.
