Job Description

The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between the customer and the service center. Their main responsibility is to ensure a seamless service experience for two-wheeler customers by understanding their needs, offering appropriate service solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction:



Greet customers warmly and establish rapport. Understand and document customer concerns regarding their two-wheeler. Provide accurate information about service offerings, costs, and timelines.

Service Coordination:



Prepare job cards and clearly communicate the service requirements to the technical team. Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Update customers on service progress, additional repairs, or delays.

Upselling and Recommendations:



Suggest value-added services and maintenance packages to enhance the vehicle's performance. Inform customers about promotions, new accessories, or upgrades suitable for their two-wheeler.

Documentation and Reporting:



Maintain accurate service records and ensure proper documentation of all repairs and customer interactions. Generate daily, weekly, or monthly service reports as required.

Customer Satisfaction:



Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints promptly and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

Compliance and Standards:



Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and safety regulations. Keep updated on product knowledge, new models, and technical specifications.

Skills and Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent (technical diploma in automobile engineering preferred). 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in the automobile or two-wheeler industry. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Work Environment:



Service centers or workshops. Interaction with customers, mechanics, and other service team members. Fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
