Service advisor is the most important interface at workshop between customer and dealership. In his role he has to understand customers' need for vehicle attention as per his verbatim and translate that into a note on the repair order in a manner which communicates the right customer feedback to the shop floor for perfect diagnosis and repairs.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome customers.
2. Open repair order, refer vehicle history.
3. Provide cost and time estimate, verify for campaigns.
4. Keep customer informed about progress fo work or change in schedule if any
5. Coordination with floor & Quality controller.
6. Invoice explanation, parts replaced explanation.
7. Help customer to make payments for services.
8. Clean car check verification.
9. Help in vehicle pick up when customer comes to take delivery.
10. Ensure 100% next day call to customers.
11. CCCF Closure.
12. Customer F2F.
SKILLS Requirement
a) Automobile passionate.
b) Customer centric.
c) Good listener, good in probing.
d) Capture customer verbatim on job card.
e) Good communication skill, read, write & speak in English and local language.
f) Knowledge of automobiles, computer literate and usage proficiency.
g) Proactive, friendly with data, can drive 4 wheeler.
Education
Graduation / Diploma in Engineering/ ITI.
Experience
Min 2 years of experience in customer facing work preferably from automobile industry.
Shop floor experience as Quality Controller or CRM.
