Service Advisor
Job Description
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good technical knowledge of automobiles and repair processes.
Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (DMS/CRM software, MS Office).
Prior experience in automobile service/customer handling preferred.
Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
