Technical liaison
: Work with technicians to diagnose problems, determine the required services, and ensure accurate and timely repairs.
Service order management
: Prepare detailed service orders, estimate costs, and manage the workflow and scheduling of repairs.
Status updates
: Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle's service.
Sales and upselling
: Promote additional maintenance options and services, while also handling customer complaints and questions professionally.
Record keeping
: Maintain accurate records of all service activities and customer interactions.
Knowledge
: Understand service policies, warranty procedures, and the technical aspects of commercial vehicles to provide informed recommendations.
