Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-friendly and efficient Service Advisor to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their vehicle issues, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their service requirements.

Create job cards and update customer details accurately.

Explain service requirements, estimates, and timelines clearly.

Coordinate with workshop technicians for timely service completion.

Inform customers about additional repairs or recommendations.

Provide regular service status updates to customers.

Conduct final quality checks before vehicle delivery.

Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution.

Maintain service records, invoices, and documentation.

Promote service packages, AMC, accessories, and add-on services.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Good knowledge of basic vehicle functions and service processes.

Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Computer literacy (MS Office / CRM usage).

Positive attitude and professional behavior.

Qualifications
Plus Two / Any Degree (preferred).

Diploma / ITI in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage.

Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in customer service is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
