Prepare and update job cards accurately with customer concerns and service details.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs.
Communicate estimates, repair updates, and delivery timelines clearly to customers.
Ensure all repairs and maintenance are carried out as per Toyota quality standards.
Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation and service records.
Promote additional services and value-added products when appropriate.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
