Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome customers and understand their service needs.

2. Explain vehicle issues and service process in simple terms.

3. Coordinate between customers and workshop team.

4. Prepare job cards and update service records.

5. Share accurate service estimates (cost & time).

6. Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after servicing.

7. Handle customer queries and complaints politely.

8. Recommend additional services or maintenance when required.

9. Build good customer relationships for repeat business.

10. Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum

2+ years' experience

as Service Advisor in the

Automobile Industry

.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers.

Location preference:

Boisar or Palghar

.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
