Explain repair estimates, costs, and timeframes clearly to customers and obtain approval for work.
Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle's service.
Handle customer complaints and conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
Technical coordination and quality control
Communicate customer issues and service requirements to technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repair.
Liaise with technicians to check on repair progress.
Perform final quality checks to ensure work meets Ather standards and the vehicle is clean before delivery.
Provide technical support to the service team and help ensure quality standards are met.
