Job Description

Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

B Tech. or ITI diploma in automotive engineering or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the Automobile / automotive industry, preferably with Mahindra vehicles or a reputed dealership.

Knowledge:



Strong understanding of automotive systems, services, and repairs. Familiarity with Mahindra vehicles and service procedures is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer-focused with a professional attitude and appearance.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction:

Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide accurate information on vehicle issues and service requirements.

Service Estimation:

Diagnose vehicle issues and prepare accurate service estimates, including labor and parts costs.

Scheduling Appointments:

Manage service appointments, ensuring that customers are informed about the expected timeline for vehicle repairs.

Customer Communication:

Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their vehicles and notify them of any unexpected delays or issues.

Documenting Service Orders:

Create detailed service orders, including work to be done, parts required, and any other relevant information.

Managing Service Process:

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs and high-quality service.

Quality Control:

Ensure that all work is completed to Mahindra's standards, inspecting vehicles post-service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Billing and Payment:

Prepare accurate invoices for services rendered, ensuring that all parts and labor charges are correctly accounted for.

Customer Satisfaction:

Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Up-selling Services:

Identify opportunities for additional services or products and recommend them to customers.

Documentation & Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of customer vehicles, service history, and other relevant data.

Team Coordination:

Work closely with the service team, parts department, and other departments to ensure smooth service operations.

Compliance:

Follow all safety and quality standards in service operations in compliance with company policies.

Pay: ?9,356.29 - ?36,663.15 per month
