Job Description

Education: Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineer

Job description:

Communicating with customers

: Greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and providing updates on repairs

Diagnosing problems

: Understanding the customer's needs, and translating complex issues into simpler terms

Providing estimates

: Giving customers accurate and timely repair estimates

Scheduling repairs

: Coordinating with technicians to schedule repairs

Ensuring quality service

: Ensuring that the work is completed to the customer's satisfaction and to a high standard

Helping customers decide on repairs

: Helping customers understand their repair options, and what upgrades their vehicle can accept

Managing quotes and billing

: Managing quotes and billing for repairs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
