Service Scheduling:
Schedule appointments for vehicle service and repairs.
Estimating and Approval:
Provide customers with estimates for repairs and services, and get their approval to proceed.
Communication and Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, keeping them informed about the progress of their service. They also communicate with technicians to ensure work orders are understood.
Parts and Billing:
Order necessary parts and collect payments after repairs are completed.
Vehicle Delivery:
Return the repaired vehicle to the customer.
