Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their service needs.
Explain automotive services and repairs to customers.
Provide estimates for service costs and timeframes.
Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar.
Follow up with customers regarding service status and completion.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.

Education and Experience:
Minimum 4-year diploma or 4-year degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
5 to 10 years with premium/luxury automotive brands as a Service Advisor with either Audi or Volkswagen group (Skoda), BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Lexus & from premium / Luxury / Supercar.
This role is crucial for ensuring that customers receive quality service and that their automotive needs are met efficiently.
