Job Description

An automotive service advisor acts as a liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their service needs.

Explain automotive services and repairs to customers.

Provide estimates for service costs and timeframes.

Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar.

Follow up with customers regarding service status and completion.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
