Job Title: Service Advisor

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai


Experience: 510 Years (Preferably with Premium/Luxury Automotive Brands)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understand their vehicle service requirements.

Prepare detailed job cards and explain recommended services or repairs.

Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs.

Provide accurate cost estimates and obtain customer approval before commencing work.

Conduct vehicle inspections with customers.

Communicate service progress updates and address any customer concerns promptly.

Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle delivery.

Maintain customer records, invoices, and service documentation.

Promote value-added services and periodic maintenance programs.

Qualification & Skills


Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent knowledge of automotive systems and service procedures.

Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.

Proficiency in using CRM software.


Experience 5 - 10 Years


Salary 4 Lac 75 Thousand To 7 Lac P.A.
