Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and ascertain their vehicle service needs. Advise customers about necessary service for routine maintenance. Provide accurate cost estimates and time frames for service and repairs. Maintain communication with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service. Follow up with customers during and after service to ensure satisfaction. Maintain service records and update job cards in the system. Upsell additional products and services where appropriate. Coordinate with parts department for availability and ordering. Ensure compliance with warranty and policy standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in automotive/mechanical field preferred. 2+ years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing automotive role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers
