Service Quality & Standards: Ensure all service and repair jobs are completed to high standards, adhering to manufacturer specifications and company policies.
Inventory & Parts Management: Manage spare parts inventory and ensure technicians have the necessary components for repairs.
Workflow & Scheduling: Coordinate and monitor the progress of service jobs, ensuring timely delivery of vehicles after repairs and optimizing technician allocation.
Financial Management: Oversee budgets, manage service costs, and contribute to the overall profitability of the service department.
Compliance & Audits: Liaise with service managers for audits and updates, ensuring compliance with all service processes, standards, and warranty procedures.
