Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their service needs.
Schedule service appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
Conduct initial vehicle inspections and communicate issues with the service team.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and explain the scope of work to customers.
Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure smooth communication.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle service.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and customer interactions.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
