Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers courteously and understand their vehicle concerns and requirements.
Prepare accurate job cards and service estimates.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and proper completion of repairs.
Keep customers informed about job status, repair progress, and delivery timelines.
Conduct vehicle inspections before and after service.
Ensure proper billing and explain repair details and costs to customers.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain records of all service transactions and customer interactions.
