- Service Coordination: Prepare job cards, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely delivery
- Communication: Keep customers updated on service progress and address complaints
- Sales: Upsell additional services or accessories and promote service packages
- Documentation: Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with company policies
