Provide cost estimates, explain service procedures, and obtain customer approval.
Conduct final inspection of vehicles before delivery to ensure quality standards are met.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
Promote value-added services, maintenance packages, and genuine spare parts.
Maintain service records and prepare daily job cards and reports.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automobile sector.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and service procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
