Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Service Advisor

to join our Ather Energy dealership team in Varangodu, Malappuram. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers and our service team, ensuring smooth communication, excellent service experience, and timely resolution of service-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers to the service center and understand their service requirements. Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently. Provide accurate service advice and cost estimates for electric vehicles (Ather). Coordinate with technicians and follow up on job status. Keep customers informed about the progress and any additional work required. Ensure vehicles are delivered post-service in top condition. Promote Ather's service plans and additional offerings. Maintain customer records and prepare job cards and invoices.

Salary:

?12000 - ?20000 per month (commensurate with experience)
