Schedule service appointments and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Coordinate with service technicians and workshop supervisors.
Monitor repair progress and update customers regularly.
Recommend additional repairs or preventive maintenance when required.
Ensure warranty, insurance, and AMC jobs are handled correctly.
Verify completed work and ensure quality standards before delivery.
Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
Maintain accurate service records and billing details.
Follow manufacturer and dealership service guidelines.
Promote value-added services and service packages.

Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or any relevant field.
1-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
Knowledge of dealership service processes is an advantage.
