Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair requirements
Prepare job cards with accurate customer complaints and service details
Explain service procedures, repair costs, timelines, and warranty information
Coordinate with service technicians and workshop supervisors
Monitor vehicle service progress and update customers regularly
Ensure quality checks are completed before vehicle delivery
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
Promote value-added services, AMC, and service packages
Ensure timely vehicle delivery as per commitment
Maintain service records and customer history in DMS
Follow manufacturer and dealership service standards
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Basic technical knowledge of automobiles
Sales and negotiation skills
Problem-solving and coordination ability
Computer literacy (DMS, MS Office)
Time management and multitasking skills
Educational Qualification
Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Automobile Engineering or any discipline
Relevant training or certification in automotive service is an advantage
Experience
1-5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role(Freshers also can apply)
Experience in authorized automobile dealerships preferred
