Listen to customer concerns, consult with technicians, and perform initial vehicle inspections to diagnose problems.
Estimates and Approval: Provide customers with clear cost and labor estimates and obtain their approval for all necessary repairs.
Repair Order Management: Prepare accurate repair orders with detailed descriptions of customer concerns for the technicians.
Workflow and Scheduling: Manage service appointments and schedule work based on technician availability, ensuring the efficient use of workshop resources.
Communication: Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle and inform them when the service is complete.
Record Keeping: Maintain thorough service records for each vehicle.
