We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused

Service Advisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle service and repairs, ensuring excellent customer service, and acting as a liaison between customers and the service team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document service requests. Prepare and explain repair estimates, costs, and timelines to customers. Coordinate with technicians and service managers to schedule repairs and maintenance. Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process. Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and in a timely manner. Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain service records, invoices, and warranty documentation. Promote additional services and maintenance plans to customers. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
