Role.

Generate revenue through sales of service labor and parts Key link between the dealership and the customers Friendly and qualified customer handling Create a customer friendly and welcoming environment for the customer Handles all customer requirements, - wants and has the authority to take the appropriate actions to satisfy all customer demands Ensure the follow-up of the repair progress of the vehicle To perform quality check of the jobs performed on the vehicle are meeting the satisfaction levels of the customer request
Profile:

Qualification -- Graduate with Technical and/or commercial education and 1- 3 years of relevant Automobile experience Skills -- Maintenance engineering skills, Advanced level of product knowledge ( and services) personnel management skills, Sociability, customer service skills, and communication skills, Basic accounting skills
