Service Advisor - George Maijo Auto MobilesKey Responsibilities

Attend customers and understand service requirements Open job cards and explain repairs, costs, and timelines Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely service Update customers and obtain approvals Ensure quality work and customer satisfaction Prepare invoices and maintain service records Promote additional services and genuine spare parts
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Basic knowledge of automobiles and service processes Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred Good communication and customer handling skills Computer knowledge and ability to multitask
