Key Responsibilities



Greet customers and understand vehicle service/repair requirements Open Job Cards accurately as per Ashok Leyland guidelines Explain repair details, service timelines, and estimated costs to customers Coordinate with workshop technicians for diagnosis and repair updates Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as per promised timelines Follow up on pending jobs and ensure quality workmanship Handle customer complaints and ensure effective resolution Promote value-added services, AMC, and genuine spare parts Ensure warranty claims and service records are maintained correctly Maintain service documentation and update DMS regularly Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
