To act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service workshop, ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and adherence to Suzuki service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their two-wheeler service/repair requirements
Prepare job cards with accurate customer complaints and vehicle details
Explain service procedures, estimated costs, and delivery timelines clearly
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs
Ensure use of genuine Suzuki spare parts and recommended service practices
Update customers on service status and obtain approvals for additional work
Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally
Promote value-added services, AMC, extended warranty, and service campaigns
Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage feedback
Maintain service records and documentation as per Suzuki guidelines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
