We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team at EVM Group. As the face of our service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving the efficiency of our operations. Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and schedule service appointments.
Conduct initial inspections and gather information on vehicle issues.
Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure seamless communication.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and completed work.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
Freshers can also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pus Two/ diploma or equivalent (additional technical certifications are a plus).
