Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and accurately document their reported vehicle problems.
Service coordination:
Consult with technicians to understand repair needs, get estimates, and manage the service workflow.
Communication:
Clearly explain recommended repairs, parts options (OEM vs. aftermarket), and costs to customers. Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and notify them when it is ready for pickup.
Technical knowledge:
Advise customers on warranty protections, maintenance schedules, and other service-related options based on manufacturer policies and the vehicle's condition.
Administration:
Prepare and manage repair orders, schedule appointments, and accurately record all data into a Dealer Management System.
