We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused
Bodyshop Service Advisor
to coordinate accident repair jobs, handle customer queries, and ensure smooth workflow in the Bodyshop department. Candidates with 1-5 years of relevant experience in automobile service/Bodyshop are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their Bodyshop repair requirements
Inspect vehicles, prepare accurate job cards, and estimate repair costs
Coordinate with insurance teams for claim approvals
Update customers regularly on repair progress
Liaise with technicians, painters, and Bodyshop team for timely job completion
Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery
Manage invoices, documentation, and delivery formalities
Maintain customer satisfaction and address escalations professionally
Skills Required
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Knowledge of Bodyshop processes, insurance claims & estimations
Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments
Basic computer knowledge (DMS, Excel, Email)
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Qualifications
Diploma/ITI/Any Graduate
1-5 years of experience in Bodyshop or service advisor role
Knowledge of accident repair process and parts is preferred
Valid driving license is an added advantage
