Service Advisor
Job Description
The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. The role involves understanding customer needs, coordinating service work, providing updates, and ensuring a smooth, positive service experience.
Create service orders and document customer concerns accurately.
Coordinate with technicians to schedule and prioritize repair work.
Review inspection results and recommend additional services based on findings.
Ensure all repairs and services meet quality and safety standards.
Qualification- B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering(3Year)

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
