Greet customers courteously and understand their vehicle concerns or service requirements.
Open job cards and record all customer complaints and service instructions accurately.
Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approval before beginning any work.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth job flow and timely completion of service.
Update customers on job status, additional repairs (if required), and delivery time.
Conduct a final inspection (jointly with the customer if possible) before vehicle delivery.
Explain the work carried out, billing details, and warranty coverage clearly to customers.
Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain service records, follow-up on pending jobs, and ensure all documentation is complete.
Promote value-added services, service packages, and accessories where appropriate.
Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role (automobile industry preferred).
Freshers with good communication and technical knowledge may also apply (if entry-level role).
