Responsibilities
Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and handle complaints
Communication: Listen to customers, document their concerns, and relay them to the technical team
Technical support: Consult with mechanics about repairs, alternatives, and costs
Scheduling: Schedule appointments, drop-offs, and pick-ups
Sales: Recommend additional services and products, and upsell to increase revenue
Customer relations: Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Administrative: Verify insurance coverage, test drive cars, and resolve complaints
Requirements & Skills
B. Tech in Mechanical or Diploma in Automobile engineering
Proven 3 year experience as Service Advisor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
Diploma (Preferred)
