Service advisor should act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians.
1. Direct interact with customer and understand the issue related to vehicle
2. Take a note of the issue on later create system based job card with entering
3. correct and relevant information of the customer and his vehicle
4. Inspect and advise customer about necessary repairs/maintenance of the
5. vehicle in order to help customers to determine their vehicle issues and problems, repair timeline respectively.
6. Prepare and share the cost and time estimation of the work agreed by the customer,
7. Ensure proper communication with customers as well as the floor supervisors.
8. Assign vehicle to floor Supervisor and ensure timely delivery
9. Contact customer for any add hock expenses occurring during the time of service.
10. Inspect the vehicle repair before delivering and guide customer for billing
11. process
12. Handle customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction standards
13. understanding of automotive technology and of the automotive industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
