We are looking for a customer-focused, energetic, and technically knowledgeable
Service Advisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring clear communication, accurate job card creation, and customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and listen to their vehicle concerns or service requirements
Create accurate job cards and ensure proper documentation
Provide repair/service estimates and explain recommended services to customers
Coordinate with workshop team for timely and quality service delivery
Follow up on vehicle progress and keep customers updated
Conduct final delivery of vehicles ensuring all services are completed
Upsell additional services and products where appropriate
Handle warranty and insurance-related documentation (if applicable)
Address and resolve customer complaints professionally
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong technical knowledge of automobiles (especially Maruti Suzuki is a plus)
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Basic computer skills (DMS knowledge preferred)
Customer-first attitude with problem-solving mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
