Ensure the timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Address concerns of walk-in customers
Conduct initial assessments of customer complaints
Perform POS operations and prepare job sheet entries
Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Manage spare parts inventory efficiently
Coordinate product transfers from the head office to respective brands
Assist the Customer Relations Executive (CRE) in preparing and maintaining the customer database
