Key Responsibilities



A. Customer Interaction



Greet customers and understand service requirements. Open job cards and explain service processes, costs, and timelines.

B. Service Coordination



Coordinate with technicians for accurate diagnosis and timely repair. Keep customers informed about service progress and additional work.

C. Billing & Delivery



Ensure accurate billing and explain charges clearly. Ensure vehicle cleanliness and proper delivery after service.

D. Follow-up & Feedback



Conduct service follow-up calls and collect customer feedback. Promote service reminders and value-added services.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
