Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department Understand customer concerns and accurately document required repairs or service needs Prepare and submit detailed work orders to the workshop team Provide cost estimates and explain service processes to customers Coordinate with technicians to track job progress and ensure timely delivery Update customers on service status and manage expectations effectively Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up * Maintain accurate records of service visits and transactions
